Critical Thinking & Access To The Forms Of Production: What Frederick Douglass Did And What The Incas Could Not Do / #edchat #politicalscience #theFreedomPapers #humanrights

Frederick Douglass At His Desk They ranged between seventy five and ninety years of age, hailing from Chile, Colombia, Puerto Rico and Peru… all of them American citizens. I sat with them to have a conversation in Spanish, wake up the neurons, and get some profound intellectual brainwork happening. As it is, being a political scientist, I was chairing the conversation to gather understanding of different view points once presenting the case formally before them. Below are the conclusions of the conversation: Economic and Cultural Oppression How do you realize, how do you see the characteristics of economic and cultural oppression if you are not trained for it? Societally ingrained perspectives compress into standardized ways of thinking; these perceptual constructs surround us since infancy that we can not see the intricate interplay of what could simply be politically-charged machinery, meant to condition, desensitize and push us into desired view points, like cogs in a tradi...

Making The #NewEra Happen / #politicalscience #education #business #community #economy

The determination to focus all of its energy in playing identity politics on the local and national level has continuously depleted any chance of the Democratic Party leadership and its operating cadre of foot soldiers from exercising any kind of moral high ground in shaping the direction of the United States of America. It’s ‘resistance’ campaign, bolsters nothing but division amongst American citizens through the use of whisper campaigns, and use of corporate brands, musicians and entertainers on television and films as political mouthpieces. This kind of narrow-minded political gamesmanship relies on codified social media messaging to release directives on who is currently being targeted in the identity politics game they play. Cloak and Dagger Stuff In essence, a battle of ideas devolves into trivial, immature character assassination tactics which have nothing to do with taking on the substantive moral issues of the day, and everything to do with seeking to sideline peopl...

Harmless As Doves, Clever As Snakes / #theFreedomPapers #love #humanity

It has begun to appear quite clearly that a long-standing battle for the hearts and minds of American citizens has been operating under the surface of Main Street America for decades. On one side, it appears that a neoliberal, or globalist perspective of the world seeks a steady drip-drop pace to undermine individual human rights in favor of the ideologies of a few powerful entities, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the international consortium of human abortion corporations, social-progressive American entertainment / news media, and what is known as the Bilderberg Group, a conglomerate of the worlds most powerful actors on the world stage.  Bilderberg stands in the middle. Their ideologies, philosophies and perspectives on population management deserve to exist, yet their methods of collusion through subliminal and subtle indoctrination delves straight into a kind of massive thievery focused on the management of people, their minds and the hearts. The...

One Nation Under God / #education #family #civicduty #newera #theFreedomPapers

The backbone of the United States of America is made up of interlocking parts, needful of being identified and protected, strengthened and cherished. The traditional family unit is one of these spinal parts, as are patriotic men and women whom value and invest heart, mind and body towards the protection of American freedoms and liberties. Both of these, the family and those who are upholders of the principles of true freedom and liberty, we would think, have no real present threats. After all, one need only look down most Main Streets in middle-class to affluent American towns to find the same picture repeated over and over again, like a Norman Rockwell painting that never loses its varnish. Dads, Moms and their kids can be seen out in the community sport fields, cafés, sidewalks and parks in timeless motion year after year in what seems to be relative paradise. Their is peace through strength. Police officer men and women, firefighters, and paramedics patrol ceaselessly in servi...

Don’t Just Be Another Brick In The Wall; #positivedisruption #education #theFreedomPapers

updated 10:04 est 4/24/18 Is it not so that we are surrounded with constant distraction? Like trains brought onto their tracks daily, our minds experience the movement on the tracks of our daily lives, chugging along swiftly with a sense of productivity, of doing, of living, working, studying, accomplishing and moving ‘ever upward.’ But who’s dreams are our dreams? Is it possible that the tracks of life on which we move were created by others long before, according to standard systems that support the present economy and reflect the educational upbringing fully synchronized to maintaining a status quo? What if though… what if, the standard system of economy we have maintains a status quo were a great many people within such a framework find it unattainable to make the kind of financial security needed to simply not always be working to live?  Can our work be our dream? Can we empower ourselves to make new dreams? Can an individual become a powerhouse of positive disr...

“Get ye out of the way,  turn aside out of the path,  cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.” Isaiah 30:11 Is multiculturalism a breakaway and/ or politically correct replacement of Judeo-Christian founding principles of government in the United States of America? Can we be a pluralistic nation that retains the Abrahamic God in the center? Are the ideas of the representatives in the Continental Congress’s outdated and needing to be modernized, or do they continue to be the distilled conclusion of much deliberation on how the colonies in North America were to begin to self-govern themselves?   In the social-political light of what was at the time, an English king whom was inflexible, perhaps not advised well, and deaf to even the admonishment of members of his own Parliament, did the American delegates in these first two Congresses do the honest, selfless, critical thinking required to bring sound judgement, excellent public discourse, ...
