The Kids Are Watching / #BruceLee #commonsense #idols #junkfood #vaccines #safetybeforeprofit #USA #America #parenting

Would you eat junk food everyday and expect to have a healthy and fit body? Would you introduce heavy metals into your brain and expect to walk away unscathed? Would you listen to ’professionals’ and ā€˜established’ voices who told you to disregard your own common sense and listen to them tell you that eating junk food and inserting heavy metals into your brain is totally safe and sound? We feed junk into our hearts and minds by listening to musicians play catchy beats with soul-degrading lyrics. We say  ā€˜yes, please’ with a smile as our doctors tell us that nano-sized heavy metals will not affect our brains and they do not cause brain damage or what is blandly called, autism. The late-Bruce Lee defied incredible odds and was successful in facilitating a shift in the global culture by consistently harvesting a healthy and positive original attitude, a mindset which influenced his life actions. Bottom-Up #Innovation Needed to Strengthen #Motherhood & #Family

I have danced much of my life and introduce it as a pivotal part of my executive function skills coaching, when applicable. I see what it has done for me in my life and in the life of my sisters. I have photographic memories of both my parents dancing throughout my childhood as well as memories of extended family, including grandparents dancing. This ingrained in me as a routine lifestyle activity and I became, and am accustomed to freely dancing without feeling bashful, or 'less than' for attempting to dance. What kind of family dynamic would begin to show if dancing was valued over television and movies as a way to bring family together? How does this happen? What does this look like? Well, parents have to make the first moves with each other to set the tone. Do you need an excuse to dance for 2 minutes in your own home with your husband or wife? How...
