Intreating The Holy Spirit Of God

Jacob, who was the son of Isaac, who was the son of Abraham, brings his flocks and all his family to Egypt because of the famine; where his son, Joseph had been made Lord by the will of God. Painting by Gustave DorƩ.

God has called Jesus, his Christ, the Lion of Judah, and the Lamb of God who is worthy to open the book, setting him as the fulfillment of the example of his holiness; the fulfillment being the sum work of God as it has been through Moses and the prophets of the Bible, whom God separated unto himself. That all these, being shadows of the Lord; figures of, and as pictures, representing aspects, qualities, and ways of being, have, through the will of the Lord brought portions of the gospel of God, each in their time; that law of kindness; and spoken to the people, that they might return unto God with quiet hearts; preparing to intreat the living God through the example of a life that shows they are harkening with good understanding to the way of life the Lord God has set forth. God, whom being rightfully intreated through a quiet life, a sharp and holy mind, and a fervent tilling of the Spirit of God in them, seeing our hearts and knowing our thoughts, will bless us according to the blessings wherewith he blesses: of whom are the treasures of faith, love, joy, peace, goodness, gentleness, and temperance.

Joseph, son of Jacob, who was the son of Issac, who was the son of Abraham: God made him governor and Lord of Egypt, & had mercy upon his brothers who sold him into slavery; seeing that God had taken their evil and turned it into good, saving all of them alive in the time of famine. Painting by Gustave DorƩ.

That intreating, being done as a studious, diligent reader of the Word, to the end that that we might rightly exude the Spirit of God, as he has graciously and patiently asked us through his gospel: teaching us with parables, sayings, precepts, and historical accounts of people and the life and end of nations, as proclaimed by Moses, and the prophets, and all the holy brethren whom God has memorialized; that intreating, being already a holy work; itself, the beginning of new life and that ā€˜new song,’ whereby, declaring God on the throne within us because we see that we can have faith and live in the way God would have us be. Having hope that is strengthened through the reading of the Holy Bible, which is all the gospel of God, we perceive the presence of the work of the Holy Spirit in us, even this causing of us to intreat him, we, find ourselves inthralled that God would give his attention to us, calling us his ā€˜worthies,’ and this, not because of our goodness before we began to know God, the Lord, but having knowledge, we understand that the life of peace and the life that brims with the love of God, fortifies us unto our ministry of good works, as the holy flock of the Lord.

12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
Revelations 7:12–17

Having strength and the power of an endless life, and being known of God, and having peace with God; how shall you live your life? Would the holy house of God; all those whom have the Holy Spirit, know you? Certainly, we must bear resemblance in Spirit and in the works that we do, and these, being without vanity, and without craftiness unto ā€˜gain and advantage,’ for the Lord has provided something better than gold and silver and great houses unto you, — he has made you of his house, and has called you and sanctified you from the selfishness and desolation that this worldly life offers, for God has said, that the world is the enemy of Christ, by whom all things were made, and whom the Father has ordained to sit on his throne as king of kings. The world, which has not the Christ mind, walking in darkness of dead spirit, and its people, having their souls contorted, and their minds, whom God would heal and set right as a Shepherd, have leaned upon their own imaginations, void of divine intelligence.

Daniel, a Hebrew, was smart and cunning and devoted to the Lord. God blessed him with the understanding and interpretation of dreams; and Daniel served five kings during the captivity of the Jews, even as President of Babylon. Painting by Gustave DorƩ.

Henceforth, the gospel of God through Moses and the prophets is fulfilled in the fulness of Christ Jesus, who is both Lion and Lamb; strong mind, and meek Spirit; the Father having called him the author and finisher of our faith, has called us to prepare our hearts unto quietness, that we may learn obedience through meekness unto the Light of the knowledge of the Spirit of the Word, which is life eternal, and the strength of a never-ending life. The harkening unto the knowledge of the Holy Spirit then, without beguiling ourselves, and by no means qualifying those who use the Word of God deceitfully, such a work of daily intreating the Lord, whose eyes do look upon us, refreshing and assuring our minds, healing and protecting our souls, shall be blessed as a firm foundation in us, the effect of it altogether creating peace within us, and calmness of heart. For we now understand, although at first we may see darkly, yet later with much brightness, that God has redeemed us, and if he has redeemed us, then God knows us, and therefore, let us intreat the Lord with all carefulness and thoughtfulness with quiet hearts and sharp ā€˜Christ minds;’ the result of the Father setting the Spirit of the Bridegroom in us, who is that strong champion rejoicing and ready in Spirit now in us, with us, and not apart from us, for now we have Christ, and the Lord has called us to be his people (Psalm 19:4–5). Thus, we regulate our life that it be pleasing and acceptable unto the gracious Lord, morning, noon, and night, seeking daily God and the knowledge of God through the reading, that we may be furnished unto all good works, as the peaceful Christians.

God, having turned the ungodly into godliness, has given soundness of mind; and he does bring us to peace, insomuch that he raises our countenance, moving our heart to seek him, that in so doing, we understand that if the Lord has begun a work in us, and being of one mind with God, you might find, as he sais, that he has moved you to seek him seeking you.

Pharaoh, King of Egypt has his dream interpreted by Joseph, son of Issac; and makes Joseph Lord and governor of Egypt. Then Joseph saves Egypt and his family from famine. Painting by Gustave DorƩ.

And through all this, we strengthen ourselves to speak the pure language of God, that law of kindness, which has reproved the world for its ungodliness, and has supplicated unto all to cleave unto God who is eternal; whereas, Moses, all the prophets, and all the holy ones of God whom are mentioned in the Holy Bible, these having seen the backsliding of they whom call themselves after the Lord in the flesh, that is, they whom are zealous in their vanity, but their hearts are far from God, —that that law of kindness be clearly expressed in all our life, through all our doings, with that quiet heart and sharp mind of Christ, that the Lord may happily say, ā€˜my inheritance.’

The Gaslighting of our Constitutional Understanding & The Original Purpose of the U.S. Government

John Adams   ā€œI have found by Experience, that in this Age of the World that Man has an awful Lot, who ā€œdares to  love his Country and be poor.ā€ Liberty and virtue! When! oh When will your Enemies cease to exist or to persecute! Our Country will be envied, our Liberty will be envied, our Virtues will be envied. Graciousness Through Christ Jesus Who Is Written In Our Hearts

ā€œJesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein. We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.ā€ The Epistle To The Hebrews Chapter 13:8–10 Having Faith, hope in what is not seen; yet, through the Word of God, ā€˜faith’ having greater meaning, hope through the Word and the gracious power of the Spirit of the Word, Truth & Righteousness, brings one; that is to say, translates one, from the kingdom of spiritual darkness: a life, replete with an attitude, perspective, reasoning, and quality of life that is intrinsically a life of scarcity, vanity, gain & advantage, strife, and selfishness, into THE kingdom of God; the kingdom of Light; an abounding reality overflowing with God, and the fruit of his Spirit: joy, peace, faith, gentleness, temperan...

Being a Maverick Thinker with Your #ExecutiveFunction Skills

Once we understand what our executive function skills are, we move to streamlining how well we use them, how they show up/ don't show up in our life. As we move through our understanding of how to better manage our ideas, feelings and actions, can their be soft and hard forces which are orchestrated with the focus of instilling in us..how to think...how to act... how to respond? Or is 'man' so free in mind, so independent, and so ahead of these forces that he is not affected, not thwarted in his goals, and not redirected easily? If we are to polish and tone these executive function skills so that we can harness the ability of our mind (a tool) to facilitate successful outcomes for ourselves, should we not start by bringing a critical eye to why we think the way we think? Is this not metacognition, or how we use our thought process to approach the world?  Using systems theory, any system that is accepted into a larger system invariably begins to affect tha...
