Good-Samaritan.jpgUnderstanding that we have to be brought up to care for each other itself requires a willingness to first care. The empowerment of people’s wherewithal in a manner that makes them stronger, more readily active members of the community, begins with love. To those who have the passion and desire to focus great energy, we have to put everyone first, and ourselves last, again and again. We have to bring such a level of vigor to continual care that it repurposes our life’s work towards such an endeavor. How can this be done in such a way that it is deemed practical and relevant to American citizens? This is something that has to be taught and practiced, and it is best begun at an early age. Such an ideal may not reach deaf and blind hearts, nor will it be given more than a fanciful pause of thought, unless there is money involved. Because we need money to pay for things, and our time is valuable. We use time to work and make the money that pays for our food and living.
‘We like our lives, we have our things, and we enjoy it like that.’
Not everyone wants to be altruistic 24/7, meaning, to be in the service of others without need of recompense. But what if we can make a living through the practice of bettering the life of others, community, and environment? That is the delivery of social entrepreneurship. Surely, this would involve an overhaul of our educational priorities within our public school systems. Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, the arts, music— all of these are excellent subjects of study with real usage in life, but where is the study of financial literacy, and where is the incentive to make legions of caring Americans? We have to teach social enterprise together with financial literacy.
If you care about people, help them be more awesome. This is about teaching empathy in a practical way that is useful. Empathy for one another, for ourselves, and for our environment. Greater connections and awareness of how we can energize our physical body, how we understand money, including its investment, flow, and management thereof through national and international institutions. It begins in our schools. Social entrepreneurs are community engineers, they are visionaries, they are in the business of creating practical solutions in the community that are cost-effective.
Perhaps we shall not all choose such a path, but present generations cannot place an accurate value on incentivizing a community to be caring. Collaboration, teamwork, mental flexibility, and reflective discussion are all integral components in social enterprise.

The mass shootings that sporadically bring national and local grief requires a deep solution, a surgical precision that addresses mental health.
Throw a pebble in a pond
see the ripples
upon the entire water
Throw a million pebbles in the pond
see the ripples
upon the entire water
Create a million social engineer entrepreneurs who apply their chosen vocation of science, technology, mathematics, music, art, health, and a focus on environment and we will bring about healthy, positive disruption to the United State of America that the heart and mindsets shall be changed. Our American culture would change, and we would once again change the world.
