Jesus, born to a daughter of God, Mary, of the line of King David had a such an energy effect that his arrival on earth became perfectly timed and synchronized with the hearts of wise men, some would call kings, far east of Israel.

The arrival of his kingdom was heralded for thousands of years. He was announced by the prophets as of from everlasting and timeless, with peace, righteousness, justice and love being his platforms.

“But thou Bethlehem Ephratah. though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

…And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth. And this man shall be the peace.”

Micah 5: 2-5

When shepards heard in the field heard of it they ran to praise the birth, as well. Reports  managed to make it even unto the Holy Bible  from these same shepherds that thousands of angels were seen visible in the sky praising the birth of the Son of God with song.

Wise men who appeared to be like kings came from the far east to bring frankincense, gold and myrrh. They followed a low-flying star across the desert with the knowledge that they would give obeisance to the birth of God. Against all odds, in a lowly manger in the poorest town in the country, were pigs, hens, sheep and donkey’s slept, Jesus was born. His arrival was received as a threat by the king of the land at the time who went out to issue government orders to kill all boys two years and under.

But God who is all powerful and works in real time, faster than the speed of light, warned the wise men to not return to the evil king of the land with the location of the child or to even return to the king.

“and being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod they departed into their own country another way.”

Matthew 2:6 & 2:12

Pitting himself against scripture and intent on keeping his grip on power thinking that Jesus came to establish a physical kingdom on earth, the secular King Herod ordered all boys two years and younger in Bethle’ hem to be executed.

“Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Beth’lehem, and in all the coasts thereof from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men.”

Matthew 2:16

1. Why would this secular leader fear this rising power?

2. How did his purposeful ignorance of all that was told to him of this birth, including what was foretold in the scriptures, the wise men who came from the east and his own counselors drive him to mercilessly slay human life?

This “RockStar” was the embodiment of the Holy Spirit, the image of the invisible All-Mighty Yehova, the first superstar to walk the planet. His words were found to be incendiary and influential by the government at the time and he was known as a physician of the people, a ‘doctor without borders’, a ’Johnny Apple-Seed’ physician charging nothing for his work.  He walked from town to town spreading the good word and physically healing people or feeding thousands upon thousands of people with what was just some fish and bread for him and his friends. Reports in the ‘Good Word’ describe these mass feedings with one of them reaching fifteen thousand individuals, including women and children. In one instance, surrounded by droves of people seeking his presence, a woman, many years with an issue of blood, approached him through the throng and doing all she could to reach out touched the hem of his garment with the hope of receiving back good health. All she could manage was to reach the edge of his ‘righteousness’ at which moment this same Jesus turned around quickly asking who touched him for he realized that virtue had gone forth of him. In brief conversation with the woman he was able to heal her from the inside out praising her faith in God as he sent her on her way. The people would have made him the king of the land, but he stuck to just being the king of hearts even as he proclaimed that the kingdom of heaven had arrived on earth. It was a new era though few if any understood the implications of his words. Even now, his influence and power is scarcely comprehended.

“And the light shineth in darkness, and the darkness comprehended it not.”

John 1: 5

His good works across the land got him attention from the leading spiritual leaders at the time and he was tracked and surveilled for caring. In fact, the religious authorities at the time sent countless agents to attempt to quench his energy by attempting to malign his character, use his words against him to subvert him or accuse him of breaking the laws of God. Devils were more pragmatic and would recognize his exclusive power as the son of God and would plead for mercy in his presence. Once he took out a legion or a whole army of fallen angels which resided in one human just with his word, but to the physical eye, nothing happened. He brought his friend Lazarus back to life after the body had been dead and entombed a few days by simply asking him to come forth. He stopped what would have been the killing of a woman, Lazarus’s sister, Mary Magdalene, by stepping between her and her attackers. They held rocks to throw at her face, but Jesus withstood the attackers and made them melt away with just one question.

The man was an unstoppable agent of social change, non-political, yet incredibly influential because he won hearts and minds collecting no material compensation for his work. He was harangued constantly. It did not stop him. Thousands upon thousands followed his words and movement. A champion Rock Star had brought passion back into the land. He had brought an amplification of liveliness to the collective spirit of the people. Jesus had in effect become the undisputed champ of the people, healing all manner of sickness and handicap before him and positively disrupting the environment wherever he went doing social good.

Even so, at the age of 40, he was hoisted up and nailed onto planks for all to see along with two other malefactors, though no cause was found by the government for executing him. Before he carried his cross throughout the city and up to the hill of the skull he was slapped, punched, mercilessly whipped with iron-pronged whips and given a crown of thorns that sunk into his scalp to mock him for being the son of God. They gambled for his clothes and refused to respect his preminence. His visage was marred beyond recognition from the physical abuse received at the hands of his punishers. Large spikes were nailed through the bones of his two feet and hands against the wood plank. Jesus had to raise his body in order to rest his diaphragm with each breath he took. When he was thirsty, he was offered vinegar to drink. His own friends deserted him. On the cross, the champion, the express image and embodiment of God, managed to carry his human body for six hours (9 am till 3 pm) or so before giving up the spirit to the Lord.

This man who is the King of Peace and true justice was utterly rejected for speaking the Truth. Would Jesus Christ condone abortion? Does he condone the killing of children as a business and legal enterprise? What nation will last that partakes in this practice? Not even the United States of America, a nascent country, will last long if this horrid action is continued. Why should God bless such a nation that hobbles itself from the inside out by taking part in such grotesque behavior?
